Trouble-Shooting

You’re starting to record, but something’s not right. There’s a wonky buzz or hum or something in there and (unless you’re going crazy and hearing things) you can’t figure out what it is. You send me a snippet of the wonky sound, I help you figure out what’s wrong and how to make it right. This service is a flat $157. This saves you massive amounts of time trying to trouble-shoot it on your own. Certain problems create certain types of interference noise. You need to fix this before you spend hours recording your product. If you don’t, you’ll experienced reduced sales because of poor quality, or else have to re-record the whole she-bang in order to get it right. Who in their right mind wants to do that? And yes, if it’s all in your head, I’ll tell you so (that part comes at no extra charge).

The I-Need-All-The-Help-I-Can-Get Package

Who you are: You’re a coach or other online content professional who wants to record and distribute your content, but you don’t know what you’re doing and really don’t want to become your own audio engineer.

What you have: Not a lot beyond the knowledge of your expertise and the desire to share that in an audio format.

What you need: To record your content, have it edited for you, and handed back to you in a format you can upload to your website or online store.

What you get: A USB microphone that I recommend, complete with stand and windscreen. Professional quality headphones so you can hear everything more clearly. My custom how-to-make-this-stuff-work-for-me instructions, all packaged up and sent directly to you. You also receive one 1-hour recording session with me via skype. I’ll record your content, edit out your “um”s and “er”s, and send it to you in a web-ready format. (Additional recording sessions may be purchased separately.)

How this helps you: You receive web-ready audio files of your content without having to be your own engineer and editor. Plus, you get the bonus of me telling you that you have an annoying noise in the background before you spend your time recording everything. This matters to you, because as a content-provider, you are charging for your knowledge.
